Electricity and lightning

The basic fee for electricity includes the import of electricity to the stand, a socket, consumption fee and on-call service during the exhibition. If the department includes lights, an additional socket must be ordered for other electrical devices.
- Spotlight (50 W) 20 € / pcs
If you want the lights to be installed in a certain part of the stand, you must send the placement drawing to the askaspalvelu@tampereenmessut.fi.
A 30% increase is added to the electricity prices outside.

What do prices include?
The pricing of stands provided by Tampere Trade Fairs is generally based on the required area (m²), the location of the stand, the number of companies at the stand and the amount and size of structures that are ordered. At the Asta fair, the location of the stand has no effect on the price of the stand, i.e. no separate corner stand fee is charged.

The price of this example stand is comprised of the following: pricing per square meters + an additional fee for a corner stand + 3 x the fee for additional exhibitors + registration fee + ready-made stand structures.
What is registration fee?
The registration fee is a service fee that exhibitors pay to have their company’s information included in both the online exhibitor catalogue and the printed trade fair guide, to obtain user rights to Extranet service and to receive free tickets that can be given out to customers.
What is the environmental fee?
The environmental fee is a fee that covers the development work, guidance, supervision and costs of the environmental effects of events, such as recycling, energy efficiency, waste treatment, sorting and electricity consumption. With the fee, all parties involved in the events are directed to more sustainable and environmentally friendly behavior.
What is a fee for additional exhibitors?
The fee for additional exhibitors is a service fee that companies sharing another exhibitor’s stand pay in order to be entitled to the same services as the so-called main exhibitor at the stand.
What do structures over 250 cm refer to?
If the stand has structures or ceiling suspensions that exceed the standard height of 250 cm, they are considered additional advertising space. Additional advertising space is free of charge at consumer fairs. The department plan must be submitted for approval no later than 30 days before the start of construction. If a structure or suspension exceeding the standard height is planned to be placed less than a meter away from the neighboring department, the approval of the neighboring company must be requested.
